Sweet Emma was rescued from a slaughterhouse in China and came to us a couple weeks ago. She has settled in well and is coming out of her shell more and more each day. She now loves playing with the other dogs in her foster home, cuddling with her people.

Emma would do best in a home with another mentor dog and playmate. She is an active girl who will need an active person committed to not only daily physical activity, but mental enrichment. She is a smart, food Motivated girl!

Emma has done very well in rescue so far, but as she gets more and more comfortable it’s likely she will have behaviors arise that will need to be worked through. Finding a completely committed adopter is super important for her success, and we know someone just as special as Emma is is out there waiting for her!
