Meet Kuzu an approximately 2-year-old petite Golden Retriever mix who came to us recently from Turkey. She was rescued as a puppy after being abandoned by her family. She is a gentle sweetheart that loves her walks and being by her human’s side. Kuzu is shy initially and becomes very affectionate towards her people with nose boops and kisses once she’s comfortable. 

Kuzu is a moderate energy girl who loves hanging out at home and curling up on the couch. She is learning the joy of toys. She gets along well with other dogs and cats, but hanging out with a calm dog would be her preference. She is an easygoing and go with the flow type of pup. 

She’s still learning that the world doesn’t have to be scary so she needs patient humans that will help her get comfortable with new sights/sounds/smells. She can get started by loud noises, but she is curious and loves exploring. 

If you’re looking for a very sweet, calm, petite girl to be your companion Kuzu is ready to be your new best friend.
