Hi! I’m Harley, a sweet little six month old girl. I don’t know what breed am I. I’m a woman of mystery! I weigh about 24 pounds now, so I don’t think I will get much bigger. I have been fully vaccinated and spayed.
I’m a high energy puppy who needs plenty of playtime and exercise every day, before I can settle down. I would like another young dog to play with in my furever home, and an active family. I like kids too! I love playing fetch with balls and squeaky toys. I love playing with my furry foster brother, but I tend to play a little rough, so my new friends will need to understand that type of play.
I love all food, and I’m learning not to counter surf. I have no issues with toy or food guarding.
I’m learning to walk well on a leash and I love my long walks every day and I’ll play all day if I can! I like every dog I meet, but I can be shy when meeting humans and may need a few moments to warm up. I don’t know about cats yet, as I’ve never met one.
I’m crate trained (with toys and tv or music on) but I’d rather sleep with you in your bed or on your couch. I may whine a little if you have to leave me home alone in my crate for an hour or two, but I’ll settle down.
My foster parents are teaching me basic commands, including “sit”, “down”, “crate”, “stay” and “off”. I’ve also done a good job with toilet training, but as with any puppy, I will need to learn the rules in any new house.
After I get my energy out, I am very relaxed and will nap (and snore). I am a sweetheart and any family would be lucky to have me!
