Meet Ivy!  This adorable little girl is a 1 year old mini lab mix.  She is about 35 pounds but should be closer to 40-45, and needs to put on some weight.  Ivy is a happy, go-lucky girl once she warms up and she can't wait to find her forever family!

Ivy came into rescue when her owners couldn’t care for her anymore.  Ivy grew up with cats and another dog, and lived with young kids in her previous home.  She can take a little while to warm up but once she does she will be your best friend!

Ivy is a smaller girl, but she has plenty of energy!  She loves long walks, running around, and playing.  She will need an active family who will give her plenty of exercise and stimulation everyday.  She wasn't socialized much prior to coming into rescue so her forever family will need to be dedicated to working with her to get more comfortable in new environments and around new people.  She will sometimes bark when meeting new people, but she just needs a few minutes and a walk to warm up.

Ivy would be great in a home with kids or other animals who will give her some time and space to acclimate.  If you’re interested in adopting Ivy, please fill out an adoption application here: Adoption Application

Please note: Ivy is being fostered in Redondo Beach, CA
Her adoption fee is $500 USD.
