Please meet Jayce, an absolutely stunning 4 month old Husky/Golden Retriever mix who came to us as an owner surrender.  Jayce came to us very unsocialized and not knowing much about being a dog.  She was unsure of humans, loud noises and basic things such as how to walk on a leash.  She has settled into foster care the past few weeks and has made great progress.  Jayce's foster mom has been really working with her on her leash walking skills and she now goes for several walks a day.  It will be very important that Jayce's forever home is one that is active that will keep up with her daily exercise needs.  Jayce LOVES her walks and its the perfect opportunity for her to meet new dogs and new people and keep up with the latest sniffs and smells!

Jayce joins her foster mom at work daily where there are other dogs for her to play and socialize with.  She loves other dogs but can be a little intimidated at first.  After a minute or two, she is okay and loves to play.  Jayce's forever home should be one with a secure yard as Huskies have a tendency to be escape artists and find ways out!  She is also working on her potty training and is getting better every day.  She will still have accidents in her foster home.  It is important for her forever family to understand that she is not potty trained, and she will need some guidance in this department.

If you are active, have a secure back yard and are looking for a large pup (she is already 50+ pounds at 4 months), Jayce may be your girl! Please fill out an adoption application here: Adoption Application

Please Note:  Jayce's adoption fee is $500
She is being fostered in Calabasas, CA
