Please meet Ziggy who came to our rescue from SEAACA animal shelter.  He was hours from being euthanized after his neighbor in a kennel next to him tested positive for Parvo.  Since exposure, Ziggy has shown no signs of Parvo, has tested negative and we are happy he is finally ready for his forever home!

Ziggy is approx a year and a half and weighs just about 25 pounds.  Our best guess on his breed is Schnauzer/Poodle. Ziggy is a medium energy boy who just wants to be involved in everything his foster mom does.  He is not a fan of being left alone, so we are looking for a family who is home more often than not or who would be willing to work with him on his separation anxiety.  He will initially cry when his foster mom leaves and then settles down after a while.

Ziggy is working on his leash manners with his foster mom and can sometimes be reactive to other dogs...he is really just letting you know he wants to come say hi and hangout with you!  He is motivated by food which will make training so easy for sweet Ziggy!  Right now, Ziggy is getting 2-3 walks a day and is very happy when his foster mom takes out his leash.  When he is not walking, he enjoys playing with his toys at home and napping away!

If you are interested in making Ziggy a part of your family, please fill out an adoption application here: Adoption Application

Please Note:  Ziggy's adoption fee is $500
He is being fostered in Hollywood Hills, CA
