When will someone see that Isla is worth loving??

We rescued mama Isla from San Bernardino shelter back in January when she was pregnant. She came from a hoarding situation with dozens of other dogs. She gave birth to 4 babies and was the best mom to them. They all got adopted months ago, and Isla is still here with us with zero interest.

She is the sweetest little girl who has been through so much. Her foster mom sent out an age and DNA panel which estimated her to be about 4 years old and a chihuahua / yorkie mix. Our vet thought she could be up to 8 years old due to her teeth, but knowing she came from a situation where she was not properly cared for and how peppy she can still be, she could definitely be younger!

Isla takes some time to warm up to new people, but once she’s comfortable she will be your shadow. She LOVES walks and car rides almost as much as she loves cuddling with her people. She has done well around other similar energy dogs and has been gaining more and more confidence each day.

Isla is a special girl who deserves for someone to finally see she is worth loving.

📍Isla is currently being fostered in Woodland Hills, California but can be adopted anywhere as long as you can come to SoCal and drive home. We don’t ship any of our dogs
