Introducing Lucy!  She is a darling 5 year old mixed breed dog that was rescued because her owner's landlord changed the terms of their lease.  Lucy has lived with her foster dad for over a year and he says she's the perfect housemate!

Lucy is doing terrific at her foster home. Her foster dad says she is so loving, happy, and affectionate. Lucy enjoys the independence of a dog door.  Extra bonus she will patrol your yard for critters! Lucy loves going on walks and is walks nicely with a gentle leader.

Lucy's favorite activities are cuddling on the sofa, zoomies in the backyard and playing (destroying) her toys. Those darn squeakers in her toys are just too irresistible!;-)

Lucy loves to meet up with her dog friends on walks. She gets super excited to see them. Lucy will do well as an only dog with social opportunities or equally as well as in a home with another dog.

Lucy will thrive in a home as an only dog with active people. She loves being outdoors and would be a great hiking companion. Her foster parents say that she is so smart and they are working on commands with her. Lucy is a great balance of an active, athletic dog and a goofy couch potato
