Meet Ducky, the most adorable lab/golden mix (best guess) 15 week old puppy you will ever meet! This sweet pup was rescued from the Kern County shelter, and hasn’t looked back since.
Ducky is a GREAT pup. He is smart, fun, loving, cuddly (he LOVES to cuddle), motivated, and sweet. His foster family is working with him on some basic commands and he is picking it up very quickly. He is food motivated and eager to please. Ducky will thrive in a home with another dog, especially a dog that will play with him, and will be a great companion this humans.
Ducky has been living in an apartment and has adapted quite easily, but would thrive in a home with a yard and with a family who enjoys his company as much as possible. He is doing very well on his potty training, but still having an occasional accident. With available access to a fenced yard, he will be fully potty trained in no time. He craves human attention or dog attention most of the time, and when not engaged with a human or dog, he is content playing with his toys or bones. He still has his sharp puppy teeth, so having a good supply of toys and appropriate chews for him will be important.
Ducky would love to be your adventure buddy and explore the world. He’s good in the car, and loves meeting new people and going to new places. He would love going on walks and hikes with his new family. Ducky’s foster mom says he is one of the best puppies she has ever met. He will be a wonderful addition to any family.
