Meet Boo — a stunning 5-year-old black Lab with a heart as big as his energy level! 🖤🐾

Boo was rescued by our friends at AAA Dog Rescue after he was surrendered to the Kern county shelter. Boo is the kind of dog everyone falls in love with the moment they meet him. He’s full of life, incredibly friendly, and absolutely adores kids. Whether it’s a game of fetch (he’s a total pro!) or heading out for a long walk, Boo is always ready for the next adventure.

Water? Say no more. If there’s a pool, pond, or even a puddle nearby, Boo will find it—and he won’t hesitate to dive right in. Swimming is one of his greatest joys!

He’s currently thriving in his foster home where he lives peacefully with cats, another dog, and his 11-year-old human foster brother. Boo is crate trained, well-mannered, and knows commands like sit, down, and stay. After a day of fun, he’s more than happy to curl up on the couch and soak in some love.

Boo is truly the full package—affectionate, loyal, playful, and oh-so-handsome. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be part of a family and will give endless love in return.

A quick note: Boo is very athletic and clever. He can jump fences and even open gates (yes, really!)—he’s been known to take himself on little adventures to the dog park where he politely greets everyone (and even hands out kisses to babies!). Because of this, he’ll need a secure yard and a family that understands his need for both physical activity and supervision.
