Macadamia is still looking for his forever home!!

Macadamia is one of our Hazelnut pups. We rescued him, his siblings and mama Hazel from Victorville shelter back in April when the babies were only a couple days old. Macadamia is now 11 weeks old and patiently waiting for his furever people to find him! 

According to a DNA test his foster mom sent out the babies are primarily Poodle/ chihuahua/ shih tzu with some super mutt, German shepherd and pekingese in there! Their mom is only about 15 pounds, but since we don’t know how big their dad was, we don’t know how big the babies will be full grown. Our best guess would be in the 15-30 pound range, but time will tell. *These puppies are not hypoallergenic*

Mac is a super smart, social, routine driven pup. He loves being the center of attention and getting opportunities to work on basic training and one-on-one play with the humans. He would  really thrive as the only dog with humans to really dote on him and give him that one on one activity, training and play, but he also does great with other dogs.

He is super playful and whether he is adopted with another dog or not, socialization will still be critical for him, like all puppies. Mac will thrive in a home committed to continuing basic training and sticking to a routine. He is the sweetest pup and will make someone very happy!
