Meet Bianca

Bianca and her mom were rescued from the local shelter after their owner surrendered them. Bianca was terrified and very shut down in the shelter, but once she made it out and into foster care, her sweet personality began to shine through almost immediately.

Bianca is about a year old and very much still a puppy at heart. At just 28 pounds, she is a petite, dainty little girl packed full of personality and playful energy. She loves food and treats, balls, walks, playtime, and exploring the yard. She is crate trained and actually enjoys having quiet downtime in her crate to relax and recharge. Bianca can be timid at first but with enough treats and patience she warms up quickly.

Bianca absolutely adores her people and will happily follow them from room to room just to be near them. She also enjoys her foster dog siblings, though her enthusiastic puppy energy can occasionally be a little much for older or calmer dogs. A playful canine companion would likely make her very happy, but she would also do well as an only dog with continued social opportunities.

For such a young dog, Bianca walks nicely on leash and is learning recall. She has adjusted beautifully to living in a home environment and continues to blossom every day. She is eager to learn and eager to please, but like many young dogs, she can still find herself in a little puppy mischief now and then.

Bianca is looking for a patient, loving adopter who understands that young dogs need guidance, structure, and consistency and who is ready to embrace all the fun, silliness, and joy that comes with a puppy girl like Bianca
