This super cute little boy is Mattia. We spotted him at a municipal shelter in Turkey, and asked our rescuer if she could save him. She sprung into action and rescued him. He’s an approximately 2 year old, 20 lb bundle of joy. We don’t know what breed/mix he is, but he has sort of a corgi body with setter/spaniel coloring. One thing is for sure…he’s 100% adorable!

Mattia gets along with literally everyone…dogs, cats, kids, adults. He is a happy boy who loves his walks and meeting new friends. He is learning how fun toys can be, and really enjoys his beach walks. Mattia is also a cuddler, and loves human attention. He enjoys playing with other dogs, especially those that are similar sized to him.

Mattia’s foster mom says he is ‘amazingly well behaved and a total joy’ and that describes him well. He hasn’t had any potty accidents and has left his foster’s belongings intact. He even learned the dog door. He is treat motivated and a quick learner so training will be fun. He is already doing well learning some basic commands.

Mattia is a moderate energy boy would love to go on adventures with his new family and then cuddle up on the couch for some love. He would thrive in a family who will dote on him and give him the snuggles he craves.
