This precious little boy is Tanner. He’s approximately 2 years old and came to us from our amazing rescuer in Turkey. He was chained in a yard by his ‘family’ as a puppy, and when they got tired of him they abandoned him. Even after all he has been through he’s the sweetest, most loving dog. He looks like a mini golden retriever/spaniel mix.

Tanner is a super friendly boy. He loves people, loves dogs, and even gets along great with cats. He is mellow in the home, and gets very playful with his doggie friends. He thrives on walks where he can explore new areas and loves to go on adventures.

Tanner is food motivated and eager to please. He would love nothing more than to go on walks, play with his doggie friends, cuddle up on the couch, and sleep in bed with his people. He has been a wonderful houseguest at his foster home. He hasn’t had any potty accidents and is respectful of the foster’s belongings. He has been left alone for a couple hours and also does well.
